Not too much to say for today, really. I went through and changed the format for how my stories look. Just a stylistics thing, really. And I added the second chapter to "I Am ..." on Y-Side.

Update 7: New Layout; Content Update Thursday, October 27, 2005

After a fairly long hiatus for this site, I've managed to pull things together in order to set the new layout up properly. The navigation is a little bit different than it had been, with the links to the different sections along the top in filmstrip style. A little further explanation on each section is found in the Navigation section of the home page.

As for the content update, this is one that went in two directions; first off, I removed some stories and pictures from the site. This includes all of my solo Digimon stories with the exception of Perfection Lika a Shattered Glass and a very tiny handful of pictures, really.

On the other hand, I've rearranged things to put the Yuugiou Character Gospels into the Y-Side section, and I've added in pages with the 100x100 icons and LiveJournal Friends Only banners that I've made for Yuugiou. Also, I added in any stories/chapters that hadn't been put up yet (chapters six and seven of If the World Doesn't Want Me and the first chapter of I Am ...).

And ... that's pretty much it for this time, really.

Update 6: New Content Tuseday, March 15, 2005

Just adding in all of the things that I've been neglecting to (because I'm lazy, apparently. Who'd have thought?).

Thus, there are a number of additions to the writing section this time: chapters 4 and 5 of If the World Doesn't Want Me, both chapters of Just a Little Love, and a standalone (Without You) that will eventually be rewritten into a series thing. That's all for this time, though.

Update 5: Layout Modification; New Content Tuesday, February 8, 2005

Just made some modifications to the layout; the top table has been changed, and the look of the update tables has been changed to be like the top table I'd had before. I'm probably going to be editting the fic listings again, as well as the art pages. Eventually, anyway. I'm actually also planning on changing my LiveJournal's layout to resemble what this looks like now.

If the World Doesn't Want Me chapter 3 is up now. Speaking of, I would like to say that I am very surprised and very happy at how great the response has been to this story. I cannot even begin to explain what it means to me to see all of the compliments and even just sheer views on the story. Thank you so very much to everyone!

Lastly, I updated the humor section with a new Yu-Gi-Oh Character Gospel. This time, it's the Gospel, according to Yami no Bakura!

Update 4: New Content Sunday, January 30, 2005

Well, I finished a new chapter for If the World Doesn't Want Me tonight. So, instead of making it just pile up and collect dust on my drive, I figured I'd post it in tonight. Look at that, I'm keeping things up to date.

Update 3: Site Redesign; New Content Friday, January 28, 2005

Hello again, everyone! Wow, two updates within a month. There must be something wrong with me.

I decided that I didn't like my last layout too much. It was slightly problematic on the updating side, for one thing, and it'd just stretched pages on forever and ever if I were to put up a long story. Thus, new look.

I've gone with a much more simple look this time, taking away the full-page table and replacing it with a top-page table, and then normal content will be below that. Of course, any random tables I put in will also be below that top table. (And there's my sign.)

It's nothing too fancy, really, and the site remains pretty much exactly how it was aside from that ... though I have reworked how the fanfiction listings are. Yay!

Other than that, minimal new content. I've put up the first chapter to my first Yu-Gi-Oh story (which, apparently, has been received pretty well on Fanfiction.net), If the World Doesn't Want Me. Chapter 1 is named Prison, and chapter 2 will probably be up within the next few days.

Finally, I would like to point out that I'm not doing a tutorial section anymore, because, really, I just suck at them. Instead, I've put up a new section: Humor. The only content in there at the moment is my Yu-Gi-Oh Character Gospels, though.

Update 2: New Content Monday, January 3, 2005

Wow, been a while since I've updated. Been so out of it lately. Anyway, just getting things up to date here, so that it doesn't look so pathetic that I don't even archive my own work all that well. Shhh, don't tell.

Under writing, you'll fid the second chapter of my Spirits series, "Discovery." The third chapter is in the works, as is another special little story (this one for Yu-Gi-Oh). I also added my "Hikari no Tenshi - Israfel" image to my art section (on the third page of "others"). I'm really behind on artwork. I haven't even finished up my winter holiday gifts yet. How bad of me is that?

That's all I really got around to this time. It's just a quick little update, really. So, on that note, I'll leave you all with well wishes for a great 2005!

Update 1: Site Rename/Redesign; New Content Thursday, August 19, 2004

Finally got around to an update (it's only been about five and a half months since the last time. I've obviously been really on top of things >_> Oh baby oh baby). To celebrate the work for the new update, I have decided that it was once again time for a new name for the site. So out goes Mikae no Yume (Dream of Mikae), and in comes Yami no Niwa (Garden of Darkness). Along with this, I also opted for a revamped look, something a little "cleaner," and I took the site out of frames.

The layout itself features Minamoto Kouji as an assassin, from a newer picture I've done entitled "Death by Light." I combined a classic corner layout with a classic center-table layout for this one, and the top image of the table also happens to be the links image map. Each word there links to its section.

As for new content updates, I've put in my three latest pictures into the Art section: a picture of Fullmetal Alchemist's Edward Elric that I did as a gift to one of my best friends (Others 6~10); Kimura Kouichi, Rhythm of My Heart (Digimon Frontier 11~14); Minamoto Kouji, Death by Light (Digimon Frontier 11~14). With Mikae no Yume, I started a new format for my art section, where it became a preview gallery. I kept that format for this site remake/redesign ... I'm not sure if I will change that. Full versions of these three new pictures can, however, be found on my deviantART page.

Also on content updates, I have put in two new fanfiction pieces. The first is a one-shot/standalone entitled "Perfection Like Shattered Glass." The second is part one in my new series, Spirits, entitled "Journey's Beginning." Both stories can be found in the Writing section.

Also, in the links map, you'll find a link for a Tutorials section. At the moment, there is no content in there. I had been working on one when my laptop decided to die on me, and I lost half of the tutorial. Rather than hold off on uploading the new site so that I could finish off that tutorial, the tutorials section will remain as an upcoming feature while I work on that. The "Log," "Inspiration," and "Gaming" links are all links to my LiveJournal pages, Log being my personal journal, Inspiration being my writing teasers/snippets/planning journal, and Gaming being my role-play and general character notes journal for any MMORPGs that I play, as well as discoveries/notes about other games I may be playing. "Links" should be prety self-explanitory ... it's a selection of links that I enjoy, as well as banners to link back to my site, if you choose to do so. And finally, the "About Me" section gives a little bit of information about me, as well as a form to contact me via email.
